What is the Cali Move App?

The Cali Move App is a smart, adaptive calisthenics training app designed to help you build strength, mobility, and control using your own bodyweight. It offers structured, science-based programs that evolve based on your personal feedback.

Is this app suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced athlete, the app recommends a personalized program that matches your current level and helps you progress toward your goals at your own pace.

Do I need any equipment?

It depends on the program you choose. Some programs require equipment like a pull-up bar, dip bars, and rings, while others can be done without any equipment. You can always switch to our “Cali Zero” program, which gives you the best bang for your buck without equipment.

How does the personalized training work?

After answering a few quick questions about your fitness level and goals, the app recommends a program tailored to you. As you train, the app adapts based on your feedback—adjusting difficulty, reps, and even swapping exercises to keep you progressing.

Can I switch programs later on?

Yes. You can switch between programs, so your training always fits your goals. To help you stay consistent and avoid over-switching, you can change your program a few times freely. After that, there's a short cooldown period before switching again. This ensures your training stays effective and focused.

Do I get a training plan or just random workouts?

No random workouts here. Every program follows a clear, progressive structure—designed by experienced coaches with years of calisthenics expertise. Plus, each workout comes with follow-along videos to guide you every step of the way.

Can I move my workouts around the week?

Yes! The calendar is fully flexible. Missed a workout? No worries — it will move to the next day automatically. Want to get it done sooner? Just drag it to an earlier date. While we recommend following the planned structure — since each program is thoughtfully designed — you're free to adjust it as needed.

What's included in the subscription?

Your subscription gives you full access to one complete program at a time — with the flexibility to switch programs whenever you like. If you want to combine strength, skill, hypertrophy, and mobility training, you can add a second program at half the cost.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime through your app store or Teachable account. When you cancel, you won't be charged again, and you'll still have full access until the end of your current billing period. Please note: Since subscriptions are paid in advance, cancellations don't result in a refund — but you'll keep enjoying the app until your period ends.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, you can try a free demo workout.

Will my progress be saved if I cancel and come back later?

Absolutely. Your training data, progress, and feedback will be saved in your account — so you can pick up right where you left off. Of course, you can also delete your data anytime if you'd like to.
